►Operation
The film is UV Curable.Whil ecuring need to process in thedark room (bestintheyellowroom).Please noted to avoid direct sunlight and avoid stay under the light for a long time.

►Stability
In order to extend the storage time. The diazo film already properly pack in factory. Before using, the diazo film should be kept in a properly room. To ensure its stability better to keep original packing and avoid any light (Do not contact the (Ammonia GAS)
Attention: Polyester will react quickly (within minutes) when the temperature changes, and slowly when the air humidity changes. Therefore, we recommend presetting storage conditions at least 24 hours in advance.
►Exposing
Spectral sensitization range: about 350-430 nm (maximum 390 nm). Suitable light source: metal halide lamp added gallium or iron iodide. Ideal power: 3000-6000 watts (depending on the size of the equipment).
During exposure, the rough surface of the diazo film is best given a vacuum setting (fast vacuum, no air bubble)

►Repairing
The image may be damaged by a scraper or similar tool to remove debris. When repairing, we recommend using a mask pen.

►Exposing Time

►Storage
Unexposed Film：Refrigeration(15-20), Dry(Humidity ≤60%)，If package not yet open, need to avoid light and Ammonia.
Above condition, Max. Keeping time is 12 months.
Exposed Film：Normal Temperature putting in the sideboard(avoid light)
►Problem of Vidual Effects and Solution
- Unacceptable image density.
Poor development: too low temperature, too fast speed, ammonia flow or ammonia concentration is too low.The machine is not adjusted to the best development state, and the image density is too low. Already Exposure to white light before exposure.
- High leaks Underexposure
The film has been exposed to ammonia gas or the humidity before exposure is too high. Expired.
-The color in the image area is uneven.
The development is not good: the temperature during the development is too high, the speed is too slow, and the ammonia flow rate is too high.The density of the original film is uneven.
- Discolored edges or high leaks
Poor storage. The package has been opened and exposed to ammonia exposure or high humidity. expired.
- Poor resolution
Poor contact with the original film: There is not enough contact, and no film is exposed to the film surface.Overexposed. The original film blurs causing astigmatism.
